YBboricua Art exhibits original art created by top new and established artists from across the country. We display most two-dimensional and three-dimensional mediums.

We represent a group of the nation’s most talented artists. YBboricua Art’s panel of curators, selects each artist and every piece we exhibit. We select the highest quality work for exhibition.

At the top of every page, you will find a keyword search bar and search links organized by our artists, collections, medium, style, subject and size.. You can either type a category into the keyword search bar or click on the search links to find art listed in that grouping. To purchase a piece of art, simply click the “add to cart” button and follow the onscreen directions.

YBboricua Art accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. Tax is charged on all orders in compliance to each state.

Yes. We are happy to honor discounts within seven days of your purchase date and refund you the difference. This does not apply to artwork that was purchased at a discount nor commission art.

Certain pieces of artwork on YBboricua Art shop, mostly printmaking, are labeled as either “limited edition” or “open edition”. Pieces that are in a limited edition are produced in a set limited quantity. Open edition artworks are not limited in quantity and can be reproduced indefinitely. In both cases, each piece in the edition is identical and is considered an original. Limited edition works are generally more valuable because of the limited number available.

We don’t directly offer framing services, you may frame in a location of your preference once you recieve your painting.

Artwork is priced using artist input and the expertise of our curators. When artists submit images of their work, they are asked to enter desired prices for each piece. That price is then compared to YBboricua Art’s curator appraisal. We take pride in our ability to fairly and accurately price.

All the orders are custom print, please note that we are not be able to stop the transaction prior to production. On the other hand, you can cancel any original art that has not been mailed yet. If your Original art has been mailed and you no longer want it you can return it.

Steps to return original art. (1) Must be within 7 days of receiving it. (2) packed in the same package. (3) returned is the same excellent conditions. (4) Your will be responsible for the return expenses. (5) You will be reimburse of all mines the delivery fees YBBoricual Art has incurred in postage and handling.

YBboricua Art is not responsible for any currency conversion differences that may result in a reversed payment.

We want you to love your new art, so if a piece doesn’t quite work in your space, return it within seven days of receiving your order and we’ll issue you a refund for the price of the art. Art must be returned in its original packaging. There are no returns on special orders or artwork that is altered at the request of the customer, nor merchandise created on demand like: T-shirts, mug, cards, …

Yes, you can. Note that all buyers have the right to cancel their order any time before shipment, and are able to return art 7 days after the delivery date if unsatisfied with the work. In light of our 7-day return policy, we recommend that you please allow the shipment to arrive so that you can see the work in person before making your final decision whether or not to keep it. However, if you’re absolutely certain that you do not want the artwork after all, please immediately contact art@YBboricua.com and provide your order details.

We package all artwork in custom built art boxes to insure safe delivery, so receiving damaged art is a rare occurrence. If you receive a damaged piece of art, contact us within 24 hours at art@YBboricua.com. Please save the box and all packaging material; we must have these items in order to process the claim.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 days after the product has been received. Address your claim to: art@ybboricua.com.

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 10 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense. Address your claim to: art@ybboricua.com.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility.

Unclaimed items from the SHOP are returned to the SHOP and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment. Unclaimed shipment will be donated.

We examine all returns on a case-by-case basis in order to determine who is responsible for paying all costs (shipping and customs) required to deliver the artwork back to the artist. Generally, if we determine that the artwork was accurately described on our site (in terms of size, materials used, weight, etc.) and the collector is returning it as a result of buyers remorse, then the collector is held responsible for return costs.

If we conclude that the artist misrepresented the work (either in the photograph or in the description), failed to disclose important information about the work, or if the artwork was damaged as a result of poor packaging, the collector will not be responsible for shipping costs.

No size exchanges are offered.

We do not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

For return of damaged merchandise, the customer must contact us no later that 3 consecutive days after receiving the damaged merchandise to: art@ybboricua.com. Please take photos of the broken package (every side of it) and damages on ITEM. Write description of damage and send it to: Art@ybboricua.com. Let us deal with courier companies. The request will undergo an evaluation to verify whether the product was used or destroyed, even if partial, if it was damaged in transit. If we authorize the return, you will be notified. Keep the damaged item and the package until the problem is solved.

For Customers residing in Brazil, we do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

You must notify no later than 10 days after the estimated received date. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned and you will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated the address. Producing time depends on the type of art you purchase:

Custom items “from the SHOP” is custom created when you order so those product are not in stock ready to ship when you order. The time frame when an item is ready vary from item to item. The producing time is specified with each item. Shipping worldwide may take longer. COMMISSION PAINTING, DEPENDING ON THE SIZE, the artist will give you an estimate time frame once the commission is placed. Custom painting – you will receive it around 1-3 weeks after ordering. Generally, you will receive your purchase in 1-3 weeks after order is placed. Depending on the size For quantity order, please contact us at art@YBboricua.com to confirm the accurate time frame.

ORIGINAL ART is in stock, allow 7-14 days for deliver in the Continental USA. Shipping worldwide may take longer.

When you first receive your purchase, save the original packaging. Repackage the art in its original box and contact us at art@YBboricua.com. We will provide you with the return shipping address so that you can ship the artwork with the carrier of your choosing. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping and any customs and brokerage fees charged upon return. Items must be shipped within seven days of receiving the order.

YBboricua Art encourages art patrons to purchase artwork for enjoyment and aesthetic values. However, art can be a financial investment as the demand for a particular artist and/or piece of artwork grows.
